Once the order is shipped, we will not accept the cancelation. You could cancel an order only before the order ships. You may cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time differences between Taiwan and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately
Items are obviously damaged and dirty, etc.
※ If you are unable to determine whether the goods are damaged, you can upload the photos sending to our email email@example.com , we will get back to you ASAP.

■ Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with all GMF complete packaging (with insoles, fitting instructions, hang tag) still attached & original invoice, and wrapped completely. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with freight collect. Please send them back at registered parcel service. Please send out the receipt number to email@example.com then the return process is complete.
■ The returned items usually take 3-5 working days back to our warehouse, once the return is confirmed we will refund within 10 days！〈In order to expedite your return process, please provide the bank details with Bank Code / Branch / Account name / Refund Account & Order Number〉
■ Reminder： The refund username should be the same as order name, if not, we will request you to provide the affidavit letter
1. Credit card Payment: If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. The refund process normally takes 7 working days and plus additional 2-10 working days to your account depends on your credit card company.
2. Convenient store pickup payment: Please send all your bank details with Bank Code / Branch / Account name / Refund Account〉to firstname.lastname@example.org and once we confirm all your information the payment will be refunded to your bank account. The process normally takes 7-10 working days (holiday is excluded)
